"Avoid this seller!"
I placed my order on January 6th. Now it’s February 22nd, and my package is still MIA. I’ve sent them two emails and even reached out on Instagram, but no response at all. The shipping details indicate that my order hasn’t even been dispatched. This is ridiculous! I really want a refund, but it seems like a lost cause. Seriously, steer clear of this place; it’s just not worth the hassle!

"Fantastic Shopping Experience"
I've consistently enjoyed a fantastic shopping experience. SkinCupid is hands down the best Korean skincare store I've come across in the UK. Their website and social media are super informative. Up to now, I've made three orders with them, and the delivery is always quick, well-packaged, and I really appreciate the little handwritten note that comes with each order. Such a sweet touch! 😊

This company's customer service is top-notch, and they really put in the effort by including personalized notes with every order. I once faced a situation where an item was unavailable after I had already ordered it, but they promptly let me know and processed a refund for the item that wasn't in stock. It took a whole two months for my package to arrive, but when I contacted Skin Cupid, they were really understanding. The packaging was adorable and even included a personal note! I’m for sure gonna order from Skin Cupid again down the line! :))

They shipped it out super fast, but I gave it 4 stars since the delivery took a while, though that wasn’t on them. The packaging is adorable, and the handwritten note adds a nice personal touch. You can really see the effort and thought they put into ensuring a great experience for the customer. I’m definitely gonna shop with them again!

"HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS, SUPER FAST!"
SUPER FAST!! It seriously arrived in just three days. I had ordered the same item from Stylevana before, but it got lost over a month ago, and I'm still waiting on that refund. Even though it costs a bit more, I decided to get it from SkinCupid, and it showed up so quick. I would definitely suggest SkinCupid. The product arrived in flawless condition.
